Products bought in a retail store cannot be returned to Beirn, they must be returned to the stores.

All purchases are final; exchanges on full priced items only.

Orders are processed Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding major holidays) and typically ship within 24-72 hours from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification.
However if your order includes any pre ordered items, they will ship in 4-6 weeks
